Becoming pleased and fulfilled with life is the goal of many but seemingly difficult or impossible to achieve. We experience moments of this but they fade away oftentimes very quickly. We are left wondering if we will feel that way again. How can we bring about longer moments and even ever-lasting feelings of satisfaction?

Endeavoring to live a Spiritual Life is like being in water all the time. It can be soft, slow, calm; cool and refreshing; or fast, furious and feeling like you are in rip-tides. Having a coach gives you someone to let the waves you create have deeper meaning and impact as well as guide to you back to shore or to a new land. When you don’t know where to find water or the brook you encounter looks terribly tricky to wade into we can work together turning over every rock and pebble, poking into the earth and learning to swim. The greatest thing I find in Spiritual Life Coaching is those waves that are made lap at both our feet. The Spiritual waves created together make a greater source of Spiritual Energy for each of us

Clients come to me to discover first what it is they really want in all aspects of their life; what is most important to them and how to reach the goals they set. Clients direct the level of their processing with my teaching and coaching.
